Coaching creates clarity for the client about direction and purpose. It is future focused and encourages the clients to move from where they are to where they truly want to be. Coaching is not to be confused with mentoring or counseling. The coach will neither give advice nor will they focus on what happened in the client’s past. Coaching means challenging self-limiting beliefs and, where necessary, transform your own frame of reference.

Coaching is a powerful agent for change due to its pragmatic approach towards goals. It’s positive, future oriented approach encourages clients to clear a path, moving towards their desired outcomes rather than just revisiting the past. Coaching helps people to realize that it is already within them to set reachable targets and achieve their most desired goals.
