Tindaro

Hi! My name is Tindaro Danze. Like most people I had no idea where life would take me when I first graduated from university. From my beginnings as an Industrial Engineer to Executive Management in international assignments all the way to becoming a Business Psychologist; my experiences have been a roller-coaster ride . I have been working for a blue-chip company for over ten years, managing and coaching teams around the world. My personal life juggles 3 different cultures, I’ve experienced living in 4 countries and worked in more than 10. This vibrant mix of cultures has ensured that I do know what it means to be challenged in my belief system!

The one thing that has been consistent throughout this journey has been my curiosity to discover the new; the unknown. Early on in my experience as a leader, I found that my passion was in supporting other people to find the courage to start their own discovery-journey. The urge to understand what it is that drives people – the mechanism of the human psyche – led me through my MSc in Business Psychology and has landed me right here, with you, as a coach. I hope that I can find a way to walk with you a little on your journey to discover what is best for you.
